The gunmen attacked the bar around 10p.m on Sunday, killing one of the patrons instantly.
The other three died soon afterwards before help could reach them.
The injured persons were said to be receiving treatment at the Plateau Specialist Hospital, Jos.
He, however, said a manhunt had been launched for the suspected killers.
The local government area has been the scene of recurring ethno-religious clashes between the ethnic Berom and Fulani herdsmen.
