The person in this picture is not one of the killers of the 4 uniport students that were killed as reported earlier. his an Ex-boy that just graduated today from Ebonyi state university, Ex-boys are graduates of Nigeria Military school of Zaria, as soon as they are out of NMS, you automatically become a soldier.They are  celebrating as its usually done yearly in every school with Ex-boys. normally anyone that graduates you pure the person any kind of water to show sign of celebration. Thats what they doing in this picture not otherwise.
